What is the structure of the course?
The course is structured into 3 chapters with 30 lessons. Each lesson includes an instructional video that runs 4 to 15 mins long and an experiential activity that allows you to practice the concepts you learn in each lesson. Chapter summaries are also included that contain the learning objectives and skills to practice.
How is the course delivered?
Once you enroll, you will complete the course right within our learning system. You can access the course on your desktop or mobile device.
